Grandvue Medical Care Facility, located at 1728 South Peninsula Road near East Jordan, will host a Senior Health and Wellness Fair from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 20.

The event will include vaccinations, blood pressure checks, vendor booths and information, and door prizes

Additionally, two presentations will be offered.

From 9:30-10:30 a.m. a panel discussion on protecting yourself from "community acquired infections" will take place.

From 11 a.m.-noon elder care attorney Todd Balkema will provide information on understanding Medicaid, Medicare and updates on prescription coverage.

Light refreshments will be served.
